Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping

  • We currently ship within the UK only. Contact us if you are outside the UK.

  • Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier, but generally take 3–7 business days domestically.

  • All orders are sent via royal mail tracked 2nd class

 

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened tea packages.

  • If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
