Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your tea experience with Zenbelly. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

🛍️ Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Items past their expiry date.

  • Custom or personalised blends.

  • Products unsealed after delivery.

💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds exclude original shipping costs.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.

🧾 Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
